MYVIEWMATTERS RADIO SHOW W/ KY GRASSROOTS RADIO

Tonight's guest in studio were the guys behind Kentuckiana Grassroots Radio who now simulcast our show every week. Clint Hardy and Matt Singleton were in studio to discuss what Ky Grassroots radio is about and current events such as the recent healthcare reform and Casino Gambling.

  1. Eds: You talked on the program about sponsoring a rally -- my suggestion is that you have the rally on the filing deadline, Jan. 26th, either at the capital in Frankfort and/or at the Board of Elections office on Barrett Avenue.
    This rally would be to encourage people to run for office and to encourage those who are running for office to pay attention to the will of the people.
    Many candidates file in person on the last day, so there will be a lot more candidates present in those places on that day than on any other day or place.
    During the rally, it can be reported which incumbents are still unopposed, with the audience encouraged to run against him or her if within that person's district. Perhaps the hat can be passed to pay the rally member's filing fee.
