UAW/Ford Contract vote should be thrown out

LouisvillePolitics.com - Since our stories last week regarding the UAW Ford contract vote came out, we have been swamped with more and more disturbing information being brought to us. It has become clear that this vote can, and should be, called into question by the NLRB, and thrown out. RICO, racketeering federal lawsuits, should pile up quickly against the UAW and Ford itself.

UAW members if you need help with any of this feel free to contact me here.

FORD/UAW in Dearborn violating law to pass contract?

LouisvillePolitics.com - Disturbing reports out of  Dearborn, Michigan today folks. According to sources at UAW local 600 in Dearborn, union reps have been ordered to take ballots for the contract vote directly to line employees, and force them to vote on the contract. If proven true, this is illegal, unethical, and prison time should be a direct result for anyone involved including UAW leadership, perhaps including Executive Vice President Jimmy Settles himself.

FORD IN SERIOUS TROUBLE: CONTRACT IN JEOPARDY

Louisville Politics - It appears that Ford UAW members will vote DOWN the contract offer from Ford. At the very least it will be one of the closest contract votes in history at worst. Currently the vote sits at roughly 52% - 48% against. Here in Louisville the numbers are even worse and that is the one thing Ford could not afford.

Ford is in serious trouble. Again.

As everyone knows by now Ford is embroiled in federal investigations that they have worked very hard to keep quiet. Unfortunately for them, I am not a quiet guy so they have been exposed anyway.

KY DEMS GET HIT WITH A TKO AS GOP WINS BIG!

Louisvillepolitics.com - The Kentucky GOP won big in yesterday's state elections. How big? To quote a favorite word of Donald Trump, it was "YUUUUUUUGGGGEEEEEE." In many circles today in Kentucky, that itself could be an understatement.

Tea Party Republican Matt Bevin didn't just win the Gubernatorial election, he destroyed Democrat Jack Conway's bid for Governor. In a landslide. It was a knockout of epic proportions for Kentucky.

CNBC LOST THE DEBATE

Louisvillepolitics.com - After sitting through an agonizing two hours last night on the latest GOP debate debacle, two things became very clear. CNBC had an agenda to try and force the establishment on the voters, and CNBC's plan backfired miserably.

Morgan v. Fischer: Let the games begin!

Louisvillepolitics.com - Judge Mitch Perry has erroneously overruled himself. What else can be said about this latest farce in the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit. In what can only be considered a laughable malfeasance by Judge Mitch Perry, in my opinion anyway, the Jay Morgan v. Greg Fischer case just got interesting.

City of Meadow Vale and Mayor Hornek have some 'splaining to do

Louisville, KY - The City of Meadow Vale is a class 5 city right here in Louisville. It is one of many remaining neighborhoods after Louisville-Jefferson County merger that continue on as a small city. It now has made the main stage, politically speaking of course.

How big is Meadow Vale? Not very.

It has less than 800 total residents but it does have its own police force and now it's former Chief is suing the City of Meadow Vale, and its current Mayor Mary Hornek, for among other things, sexual harassment.

Good ole small town politics at its finest!

IS MAYOR GREG FISHER FORD TOUGH?

Louisville, KY -  Is Mayor Greg Fischer Ford tough? We will see as even more trouble is brewing for Ford Motor Company and one has to wonder exactly if and what kind of deal they may have with our own Mayor Greg Fischer.

As many of you are aware, Ford is under investigation by multiple federal agencies for insider trading and it very well could involve our own Greg Fischer. Fischer, as you know, has been scamming the legal system for almost two years now to cover up his alleged lies that aided and abetted Ford in the illegal firing of Jay Morgan. Fischer and his illegally funded taxpayer County Attorney's office should be investigated by the feds.

And it may happen.

Louisville’s Pedophile Priests

Reprinted with permission of the author.

By Thomas McAdam
August 8, 2015 - iLocalNews

If one researches the terms “Louisville,” “pedophile,” and “priest” on Google, one gets more than 38 thousand hits.  The enormity of this scandal and the terrible damage done to its victims—and the Catholic church as well—truly staggers the imagination.  And there has certainly been a multitude of stories about this tragedy in the local press.

We have all read and watched as the disgusting details of the depredations of Louisville’s defrocked priests Daniel C. Clark and Louis Miller, and followed the multimillion dollar lawsuits on the six-o’clock news.  By 2009, U.S. dioceses have paid more than 2.6 billion US dollars in abuse-related costs since 1950 to victims and their lawyers.  One local lawyer even tried to sue the Vatican; a sovereign nation.

First GOP debate tells us a few things

Louisville, KY - Watching last night's first GOP debate on FOX was an experience for anyone who hasn't watched debates before. It was also an experience for most of us who pay attention to them.
What was billed as a "debate" came off more like a WWE pay per view build up event.

Seriously the moderators were that bad. I think it was to be expected though. The Blaze told us that Megyn Kelly Says Fox News Hosts Have Secret ‘Plan’ if Donald Trump Doesn’t Play by Debate Rules

Megyn Kelly can now be referred to, and rightfully so, as the Candace Crowley of FOX news.

Chris Wallace became the Chris Matthews of FOX news.

And Brett Baier is now Geraldo.

I AM A PISSED OFF VETERAN

LOUISVILLE, KY - I love my Country. I volunteered and served to protect her against all enemies foreign and domestic. I never dreamed the domestic side of it would be required. I also never dreamed that our leaders would somehow pave the way for it. That day has arrived.

Yes label me a pissed off veteran.

Morgan fighting back in Fischer lawsuit!

Louisville, KY - On Monday June 16, Jay Morgan attorney Shane Sidebottom proved he has finally had enough of the constant legal maneuvering and delays by Mayor Greg Fischer to avoid depositions in the lawsuit against him.

He finally demanded sanctions against the Mayor. It is about time.

John Yarmuth and Ford insider trading? We need answers

Louisville, KY - As most of you know by now there are multiple federal investigations into Ford Motor Company, Mayor Greg Fischer, and a potential insider trading cover up. It turns out our own Representative John Yarmuth may have some serious explaining to do himself.

Rumors have abounded for awhile now that Yarmuth has helped himself while in Congress and many have questioned his investments in Humana and GE for example. The one question that really never came up until now, was one of whether or not Rep. Yarmuth was involved with Ford.

Fischer denies Ford statement

Louisville, KY - As everyone knows by now the lawsuit filed by Jay Morgan against Greg Fischer for libel/slander has been delayed time and time again. No attorney I have spoken with has ever seen a situation that a defendant (Fischer) has been able to delay justice for so long.

There have been 3 attempts to dismiss, all denied, and one appeals attempt, also denied, by Fischer's illegally tax funded County Attorneys office lawyers. On May 29, Greg Fischer and Mike O'Connell's office played one last bluff in a desperate last ditch effort to deny justice once again.

For the fourth time they filed a dismissal attempt. This time however they miraculously did not request a court hearing. Why not?

Ford to feds: Bring it on

Louisville, KY -  As you know I have outlined much in regards to Ford Motor Company, my belief that they have engaged in insider trading, proof that there is a current investigation being undertaken, thanks to my filing of the complaint, and so much more.

The one thing I really have never understood is why Ford would go out of its way to protect a low level executive from being held accountable for insider trading allegations. James T. Young, as we know he was the one who allegedly proudly bragged about buying Ford stock based on insider information. You don't put an entire company at risk over one such person unless the rabbit hole goes deeper.

I believe it may go all the way to the Ford family itself.

LIBOR Scandal: Did Ford Credit benefit?

Louisville, KY - On Wednesday it was announced that four banks pled guilty and at least six banks would pay almost $6 Billion total in fines for trying to manipulate foreign exchange rates. This is just the latest in all of the seemingly daily settlements for corporate wrongdoing in the stock market manipulation, yet miraculously, no one is in jail.

JP Morgan Chase of course is involved once again, along with, Citigroup, Barclays, UBS and Royal Bank of Scotland. The charges were cheating their clients to boost their own profits using invitation-only chat rooms and coded language to coordinate their trades.

And they pled guilty, and no one is in jail.

Ford/Fischer; How deep does the rabbit hole go?

Louisville, KY - For over a year now I have been investigating Mayor Greg Fischer and Ford Motor Company for what I believe to be collusion in a criminal act against former Ford employee Jay Morgan. You can read all of the stories here. Unfortunately, as usual, the stories just keep coming the more I delve into the research.

Why Ford? Because Greg Fischer said so.....

Louisville, KY - I continue to get inundated with so much email from the Fischer/Ford situation it is mind boggling. You can find the stories that began all of this here and here. I didn't start out looking into Ford, the investigation led to it thanks to Mayor Greg Fischer. To save me many hours of responding, I hope the following will help most of you understand why I delved into Ford in the first place.

Thanks to all who have written, yes even including the haters. The original story on the myth of the auto bailout can be found here.

The most often asked question to me is, "why are you exposing Ford?"

Tony Lindauer's PVA has some serious explaining to do

Louisville, KY -  A few weeks ago I was sent a copy of a story from a rather obscure website regarding Greg Fischer and his home's assessed values. I am sure the same was sent to everyone in media in hopes of getting it widespread. Though an interesting fact based story it didn't really concern me a great deal. As most of you know I have been vigorously involved in a much larger investigation that includes a federal investigation that leads directly to Louisville.

I simply had to put it on the back burner. Then the CJ does a piece that really didn't do any serious investigations into the property values and I decided to take another look and make time.

Fischer, WalMart, and Deborah Bilitski, the untold stories begin now...

Louisville, KY - Recently it came to our attention that attorney Deborah Bilitski has joined the County Attorney's office which normally would not raise many red flags but in this case it does.

Why so?

Ford's revolving door and the myth of the auto bailout

(Correction: This article has been updated to correct the lobby spending by Quinn. Total lobby spending during the years mentioned includes ALL lobby spending. Quinn is included as part of that total and did not spend up to $3.5 billion on its own.)

Louisville, KY - We have been the only media outlet to date to write extensively on the apparent insider trading cover up, alleged by Jay Morgan against Ford Motor Company, that came to light during discovery on the current lawsuit against Mayor Greg Fischer for libel/slander.

There are still many questions to be asked and answered. The most basic one for Ford is, just how deep does the rabbit hole go?

We are about to find out......

Why is President Obama coming to Louisville?

Louisville, KY - President Obama will be visiting Louisville on Thursday for less than 3 hours in a last minute hastily scheduled event. He will appear at a closed function at inDatus presumably to talk about high tech and worker training concerns. Why inDatus, who really is not a big fish in the data collection pond, nor are they a new company having been in business since at least 1989? Their biggest claim to fame is they were given $1 million in our tax money to move from New Albany to Louisville.

We will delve into the land deal and the other arrangements regarding inDatus later. That deal is quite frankly normal procedure for us and nothing glamorous enough on its own merit to bring the President here. For his part, President Obama has not been in Kentucky since his 2008 Presidential campaign because he quite frankly doesn't care for Kentuckians.

So why a hastily arranged visit to Louisville? Why now?

Morgan v. Fischer: SEC cover up?

Louisville, KY - While we have been the only outlet reporting on the Morgan v. Fischer ongoing lawsuit there are still many questions to be asked and answered but two are simple enough. One, why is Mayor Greg Fischer delaying a simple deposition? Perhaps even more important is, why is Ford Motor Company interjecting itself into a case that they were not a party to?

We have outlined these things in previous articles but we must go deeper.

It starts with insider trading allegations against Ford and a litany of lies by both Ford and Greg Fischer. But how do we know the lies exist?

Fischer/Ford? LOSES appeal: Morgan v. Fischer moves forward

Louisville, KY - In baseball we all know that it is three strikes and you are out. In the criminal defense portion of our justice system it is three strikes and you are out. We as a people accept the three strike rule as a way of life seemingly, but when does it apply to politicians and big business?

Mayor Greg Fischer's latest shenanigans backfired once again in the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit. The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled AGAINST Mayor Fischer. Judge Mitch Perry has ruled against Fischer and his frivolous attempts to dismiss the Morgan lawsuit at least twice before and now the Kentucky Appeals Court has as well.

Apparently even Fischer attorney Joel Frockt's relationship with his former partner, current Appeals Court Judge Irv Maze, couldn't get the job done as Maze signed off on the Morgan victory as well which surely was a slap in the face of Fischer who relied on that connection to prevail.

City of Louisville sued over March 2014 riots

Louisville, KY - The City of Louisville is being sued by alleged victims of the March 2014 mob attacks here in Louisville. Last week the City of Louisville agreed to pay an astounding $1.5 million settlement to 4 youths who were jailed as a result of the riot in March 2014.

Tyrone Booker Jr., 20, Shaquazz Allen, 19, Jerron Bush, 22, and Craig Dean were originally arrested on charges of robbing a woman at gunpoint during the March 22 night of mob violence in downtown Louisville.

They were immediately dubbed the "misidentified four" and a public outcry ensued. The question now is, were they indeed misidentified and is there a cover up going on?

You won't want to miss the rest.

Metro Council Dems up to the usual shenanigans

Louisville, KY - The death of Metro Council President Jim King came as a shock to many throughout our community and has opened the door to the inner workings of the Democrats on the Metro Council. Two major obstacles must be overcome immediately and it has already become a farce behind closed doors.

Greg Fischer playing a key role in Ford insider trading cover up?

Louisville, KY - We have been the only outlet to continue covering the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit that has been continually stalled due to frivolous filings by Mayor Greg Fischer and Ford Motor Company to delay justice.

It is time to ask, is Mayor Greg Fischer playing a role in Ford insider trading cover up? We think it is clear there is a connection.

Louisville leadership never changes

Louisville, KY - In Louisville leadership political connections are all that matters. From Mayor Greg Fischer to Metro Council President Jim King, from the Democratic mafia who cower in fear to the spineless Republican members who refuse to stand up, the resounding theme is always the same.

Who cares about the people.
