This sign a problem? Apparently IPL thinks so and has sent an inspector to order it removed. According to sources Bob Henderson does not like the fact that this truck is parked on Chris Thieneman property advertising a public meeting on October 30 regarding a zone change.
So what do you do when you don't like something Bob or you get angry because someone stands against you? The usual of course get IPL to harass a property owner because you disagree with their politics. Unfortunately this particular sign is not political. The only political thing that can be inferred is that Bob knows about the public meeting on October 30.
The interesting thing about this mess is Henderson only seems to care when it is someone else doing the same thing he does.
For example check out the first picture and compare to the second. Notice any similarities?
The 1st truck is the exact truck that was used in the 2ND pic. As a matter of fact if you look closely you will see the markings of Bob Henderson's name and the last part of District on the sign. The banner was overlapped on the original Re elect Bob Henderson sign. The difference between the 2 locations?
The first is facing the opposite direction of the 2ND at the same location on Dixie.
Keep it up Bob.
The continual harassment by this hypocritical Councilman needs to be exposed.
What is good for Henderson is good for us all. NO ONE is above the law and rules though Henderson clearly wants to believe he is.
Yet another example of a political leader thinking he is above the law.

What do you want to bet that the Jerry Abramson regime and his henchman Bob Henderson have to do with all of this. Interesting that they would definitely have the pull to make sure that the Inspector did what was asked.

In fact, why should any member of the metro council be able to have their husband in a politically sensitive position such as IPL.
Harassment would be one consideration, also political favoritism which is a hallmark of greater Louisville. Also, the fact that the IPL Nazis are usually trying to find something to harass someone about to begin with.
No equal rights or responsibility under the law. Since the code people are so interested in enforcing ordinances, then perhaps they should start back at the Metro Hall and the dilapidated firehouses all over the city. Not to mention all of the places that have sprouted up being used as garbage dumps.
In fact, lets make sure that Bob Henderson is following the very laws that his legislative council authority helped pass. Same for Madonna Flood and the rest of the Metro Council.
I cannot believe that this city cannot find elected representatives that act in a ethical and moral manner towards their constituents. Its pretty atrocious in my estimation.
In my district, Madonna Flood's district there are many things that are not being properly looked into regarding issues that are important to residents. However, its ok that certain people get by with certain things, just depends on who you know.
The same goes for the Jerry Abramson regime downtown.

The author of the site needs to do a nice revision and up to date posting of Mayor Jerry's other whoppers. Same goes for a few others. I would be willing to donate some extra cash for these citizen patrols. Its very much needed in this community.
I agree totally. There are candidates like myself who run for office and are moral and ethical. Unfortunately these candidates cannot get enough money to win elections because the party always protects incumbents.
ReplyDeleteThe division within the community itself has become so polarized based on party affiliation that even if you find a quality candidate they may be in a different party than you so they will not get that vote.
In this City the party always does what Abramson wants them to do so he keeps his rubberstamps.
As far as citizen patrols go this website is one avenue towards that.
The mainstream media will not report anything that goes against this administration or its lackeys like Henderson, Blackwell, Welch, or Flood. So there are people like myself that will report the real news and the real dealfrom now on.
We, as citizens, and future candidates should do the right thing by the people we wish to represent, not ourselves. This is my way of doing that.
