MONDAY ROUNDUP

RIP George Unseld: Funeral arrangements for councilman George Unseld are as follows:

Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at St. Stephen Baptist Church, 1018 S. 15th St. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stephen Baptist Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. A.D. Porter & Sons Funeral Home is handling arrangements. To honor George, donations may be made to the following organizations: University of Louisville Autism Center, 571 S. Floyd St., Louisville, KY 40202 or the Ronald McDonald House, 550 S. 1st St., Louisville, KY 40202

RAND PAUL ON GUNS: Rand Pual showed up at the gun show this weekend and promised to work to protect the second amendment rights of gun owners. CJ has the story here: Rand Paul promises to be 'vigilant' protector of gun rights courier-journal.com The Courier-Journal

Rand stated: "We must be ever vigilant of our Second Amendment rights. We must continually remind Washington that a majority cannot vote to take away our Second Amendment rights," he said.

Well said and applies equally to ALL of our Constitutional rights.
