Louisville’s Failed Leadership is Criminal

August 5, 2018 - 12:24pm

One of the top duties and responsibilities of the Mayor of Louisville is to enforce the laws of the local government, according to KRS 67C.105 (5). Mayor Gregory Fischer has truly failed to carry out these important public duties entrusted in him by the people he represents. Violent crime rates have escalated to the highest levels in five decades and homicides have doubled under Mayor Gregory Fischer’s watch, according to news reports.

Louisville’s top public safety official Mayor Gregory Fischer has enabled a rise in violent crime rates to record levels over the past seven years and the people in our community suffer the consequences. Louisville ranks as one of the deadliest cities in America, according to a survey by an association of major city police chiefs. A similar study by Areavibes.com says that 92% of cities in the United States are “more safe” than Louisville. The study claims Louisville residents have a 1 in 20 chance of becoming a victim of crime, and I am an experienced data point of this ugly statistic.

Mayor Gregory Fischer’s three 2011 leadership “pillars,” or goals, to create “well paying” jobs, “improve education” and be a “more compassionate city” continue to crumble, while violent criminal activity in our city hits record levels.

Mayor Gregory Fischer FAILED his 2011 objective for “well paying” jobs in Louisville. Corporations will NOT move well paying jobs to an unsafe community with record level violent crime rates. People make up companies. Qualitative factors such as low crime rates, good public education systems and other quality of life factors drive company decisions to open high paying job facilities in safe communities. Unfortunately, Louisville does not qualify.

Mayor Gregory Fischer FAILED his 2011 objective to “improve education” in Louisville. Four of the Ten “Worst Performing Public Schools” in the nation for the 2016-2017 school year are Louisville public schools, according to NeighborhoodScout school rankings. Please help us understand what Mayor Gregory Fischer has been doing the past seven years to own 40% of the ten worst public schools in the country.

Mayor Gregory Fischer FAILED his 2011 objective for Louisville to be a “more compassionate city.” Google Dictionary defines compassion as “sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.” It appears Mayor Gregory Fischer’s path to increase “sympathetic pity and concern” is to enable record levels of violent criminal activity and, in turn, increase “the sufferings or misfortunes” of the victims. I do not believe the path traveled is the outcome Karen Armstrong intended for her movement.

Why would a company choose to create “well paid jobs” in one of the most dangerous cities in United States? How did Louisville end up with 40 percent of the ten worst performing public schools in the nation? How can a city become more compassionate for others during a time when 1 in 20 residents are victims of a crime? What say you, Mayor Gregory Fischer? Why would the residents of Louisville want to continue this path of FAILED government leadership?

Wake up Louisville. It is time for change. We can and should do better!

FORD IN SERIOUS TROUBLE: CONTRACT IN JEOPARDY

Louisville Politics - It appears that Ford UAW members will vote DOWN the contract offer from Ford. At the very least it will be one of the closest contract votes in history at worst. Currently the vote sits at roughly 52% - 48% against. Here in Louisville the numbers are even worse and that is the one thing Ford could not afford.

Ford is in serious trouble. Again.

As everyone knows by now Ford is embroiled in federal investigations that they have worked very hard to keep quiet. Unfortunately for them, I am not a quiet guy so they have been exposed anyway.

Morgan v. Fischer: Let the games begin!

Louisvillepolitics.com - Judge Mitch Perry has erroneously overruled himself. What else can be said about this latest farce in the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit. In what can only be considered a laughable malfeasance by Judge Mitch Perry, in my opinion anyway, the Jay Morgan v. Greg Fischer case just got interesting.

IS MAYOR GREG FISHER FORD TOUGH?

Louisville, KY -  Is Mayor Greg Fischer Ford tough? We will see as even more trouble is brewing for Ford Motor Company and one has to wonder exactly if and what kind of deal they may have with our own Mayor Greg Fischer.

As many of you are aware, Ford is under investigation by multiple federal agencies for insider trading and it very well could involve our own Greg Fischer. Fischer, as you know, has been scamming the legal system for almost two years now to cover up his alleged lies that aided and abetted Ford in the illegal firing of Jay Morgan. Fischer and his illegally funded taxpayer County Attorney's office should be investigated by the feds.

And it may happen.

John Yarmuth and Ford insider trading? We need answers

Louisville, KY - As most of you know by now there are multiple federal investigations into Ford Motor Company, Mayor Greg Fischer, and a potential insider trading cover up. It turns out our own Representative John Yarmuth may have some serious explaining to do himself.

Rumors have abounded for awhile now that Yarmuth has helped himself while in Congress and many have questioned his investments in Humana and GE for example. The one question that really never came up until now, was one of whether or not Rep. Yarmuth was involved with Ford.

Why Ford? Because Greg Fischer said so.....

Louisville, KY - I continue to get inundated with so much email from the Fischer/Ford situation it is mind boggling. You can find the stories that began all of this here and here. I didn't start out looking into Ford, the investigation led to it thanks to Mayor Greg Fischer. To save me many hours of responding, I hope the following will help most of you understand why I delved into Ford in the first place.

Thanks to all who have written, yes even including the haters. The original story on the myth of the auto bailout can be found here.

The most often asked question to me is, "why are you exposing Ford?"

Morgan v. Fischer: SEC cover up?

Louisville, KY - While we have been the only outlet reporting on the Morgan v. Fischer ongoing lawsuit there are still many questions to be asked and answered but two are simple enough. One, why is Mayor Greg Fischer delaying a simple deposition? Perhaps even more important is, why is Ford Motor Company interjecting itself into a case that they were not a party to?

We have outlined these things in previous articles but we must go deeper.

It starts with insider trading allegations against Ford and a litany of lies by both Ford and Greg Fischer. But how do we know the lies exist?

Fischer/Ford? LOSES appeal: Morgan v. Fischer moves forward

Louisville, KY - In baseball we all know that it is three strikes and you are out. In the criminal defense portion of our justice system it is three strikes and you are out. We as a people accept the three strike rule as a way of life seemingly, but when does it apply to politicians and big business?

Mayor Greg Fischer's latest shenanigans backfired once again in the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit. The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled AGAINST Mayor Fischer. Judge Mitch Perry has ruled against Fischer and his frivolous attempts to dismiss the Morgan lawsuit at least twice before and now the Kentucky Appeals Court has as well.

Apparently even Fischer attorney Joel Frockt's relationship with his former partner, current Appeals Court Judge Irv Maze, couldn't get the job done as Maze signed off on the Morgan victory as well which surely was a slap in the face of Fischer who relied on that connection to prevail.

Greg Fischer playing a key role in Ford insider trading cover up?

Louisville, KY - We have been the only outlet to continue covering the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit that has been continually stalled due to frivolous filings by Mayor Greg Fischer and Ford Motor Company to delay justice.

It is time to ask, is Mayor Greg Fischer playing a role in Ford insider trading cover up? We think it is clear there is a connection.

ZIMMERMAN RELEASED, MSD STILL A JOKE, AND MORE!

Louisville, KY - Check out the latest on the Ed Springston Show from last night.

While Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman was released on bond yesterday, the real story is why is mainstream not being held accountable for their manipulation of this tragedy? MSNBC gets nailed for editing a 911 call and mainstream continued attacking Zimmerman without evidence.

Evidence that now includes a clear picture of the back of Zimmerman's bloodied head perhaps corroborating his story of self defense.

In the meantime the case of murdered white 29 year old mentally handicapped Daniel Adkins has still not received any attention while his 22 year old black shooter remains free and unnamed. Double standard MSM.

While Greg Fischer continues to act like he is changing stuff in Louisville, his actions continue proving otherwise. We take a look at his latest MSD appointments tonight and have to ask: What the hell are you thinking Mr. Mayor?
