IS MAYOR GREG FISHER FORD TOUGH?

Louisville, KY -  Is Mayor Greg Fischer Ford tough? We will see as even more trouble is brewing for Ford Motor Company and one has to wonder exactly if and what kind of deal they may have with our own Mayor Greg Fischer.

As many of you are aware, Ford is under investigation by multiple federal agencies for insider trading and it very well could involve our own Greg Fischer. Fischer, as you know, has been scamming the legal system for almost two years now to cover up his alleged lies that aided and abetted Ford in the illegal firing of Jay Morgan. Fischer and his illegally funded taxpayer County Attorney's office should be investigated by the feds.

And it may happen.

Why Ford? Because Greg Fischer said so.....

Louisville, KY - I continue to get inundated with so much email from the Fischer/Ford situation it is mind boggling. You can find the stories that began all of this here and here. I didn't start out looking into Ford, the investigation led to it thanks to Mayor Greg Fischer. To save me many hours of responding, I hope the following will help most of you understand why I delved into Ford in the first place.

Thanks to all who have written, yes even including the haters. The original story on the myth of the auto bailout can be found here.

The most often asked question to me is, "why are you exposing Ford?"

Morgan v. Fischer: SEC cover up?

Louisville, KY - While we have been the only outlet reporting on the Morgan v. Fischer ongoing lawsuit there are still many questions to be asked and answered but two are simple enough. One, why is Mayor Greg Fischer delaying a simple deposition? Perhaps even more important is, why is Ford Motor Company interjecting itself into a case that they were not a party to?

We have outlined these things in previous articles but we must go deeper.

It starts with insider trading allegations against Ford and a litany of lies by both Ford and Greg Fischer. But how do we know the lies exist?

Fischer/Ford? LOSES appeal: Morgan v. Fischer moves forward

Louisville, KY - In baseball we all know that it is three strikes and you are out. In the criminal defense portion of our justice system it is three strikes and you are out. We as a people accept the three strike rule as a way of life seemingly, but when does it apply to politicians and big business?

Mayor Greg Fischer's latest shenanigans backfired once again in the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit. The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled AGAINST Mayor Fischer. Judge Mitch Perry has ruled against Fischer and his frivolous attempts to dismiss the Morgan lawsuit at least twice before and now the Kentucky Appeals Court has as well.

Apparently even Fischer attorney Joel Frockt's relationship with his former partner, current Appeals Court Judge Irv Maze, couldn't get the job done as Maze signed off on the Morgan victory as well which surely was a slap in the face of Fischer who relied on that connection to prevail.

Greg Fischer playing a key role in Ford insider trading cover up?

Louisville, KY - We have been the only outlet to continue covering the Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit that has been continually stalled due to frivolous filings by Mayor Greg Fischer and Ford Motor Company to delay justice.

It is time to ask, is Mayor Greg Fischer playing a role in Ford insider trading cover up? We think it is clear there is a connection.

Morgan v. Fischer lawsuit: Why Ford is worried

Louisville, KY - We have been exclusively covering the lawsuit filed by Jay Morgan against Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer for some time now. We have been trying to figure out why Ford Motor Company has intentionally tried to interject themselves into this case, and why Greg Fischer and Ford are so worried they keep using every play in the book so Fischer does not have to go under oath and be deposed.

In our last article we told you something did not smell right because Ford's Group Vice President of Government Operations  and Community Affairs Ziad Ojakli flew into town for such a meaningless GLI event.

There is a personal history between Ziad Ojakli and Jay Morgan that involves alleged illegal insider trading with Ford executives and Morgan was the whistle blower.
