Let Us Be Grateful to God

Reprinted with permission of  www.ilocalnews.com/louisville

August 12, 2018 - 11:30am
The Preamble of the 1792 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky defines the purpose of the Constitution and reads “We, the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, grateful to Almighty God for the civil, political and religious liberties we enjoy, and invoking the continuance of these blessings, do ordain and establish this Constitution.” The Kentucky State legislature, in 2002, adopted "Deo gratiam habeamus" as Kentucky’s official Latin motto. The Latin motto in English, “Let us be grateful to God,” expresses “the sentiment” of our Constitution’s Preamble, according to Members of the 2002 General Assembly. People who are “grateful to God” generally believe in God and follow one of the great Bible covenants between the Lord our God and we the people - the Ten Commandments.

As most of my neighbors know and believe, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor” is one of the Ten Commandments. The Commandment condemns lying and obligates people to honor the truth. Dictionary.com defines a lie as “a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive.” How often do we see our elected State and Local government officials, judges and law enforcement officers make false statements with deliberate intention to deceive the public? All of the time, according to reports; and, “that’s not Kentucky,” as Attorney General Andrew Beshear likes to say.

There was a time when members of the press would actually hold elected government officials accountable for their actions. Today, news reports exposing corruption and holding public servants accountable for their actions are few and far between. A well written, fact-based and unbiased story used to send tremors throughout any fraudulent political or corporate operation. Now, we the people have to read fake news stories through bias interpretation lenses in order to identify the truth from the lies and deceit. Where are the good reporters of yesterday who truly exposed right from wrong, good from bad and fraud from truth?

The founding Statesmen of our great Commonwealth were a God-fearing people with a conviction for honesty, integrity and justice. These highly respected Statesmen of 1792 formed our great Commonwealth with a structure of government for the people and by a people truly grateful to Almighty God. Our elected public officials of today appear to have lost their moral compass and any conviction for the truth and justice.

Louisville’s failed Mayor Gregory Fischer, for example, appears to lie at every turn as convenience dictates, according to news reports. I sometimes wonder if Mayor Gregory Fischer can truly no longer distinguish the difference between a lie and the truth, whether he testifies under oath, or not. Unfortunately, no one seems to have the ability to hold Mayor Gregory Fischer accountable for his lies, deceit and/or criminal activities. How can we the people of Louisville hold our elected government officials accountable and align governance with the written principles of our Commonwealth? Let us be grateful to God.

JAY MORGAN v. FORD MOTOR CO. FINALLY!

A lawsuit was filed today against Ford Motor Company by former Ford Director of Government Affairs, Jay Morgan. You may recall we have been the exclusive source of several stories regarding Jay Morgan, Ford Motor Company, and current Louisville Metro Mayor Greg Fischer. They can be found right here.

While the current lawsuit against Greg Fischer is still ongoing, regarding alleged libel/slander by Fischer that resulted in the termination of Morgan by Ford, a lawsuit Fischer has never consented to deposition or discovery for to date. It must also be mentioned that it appears, at least to me, to be nothing short of political malfeasance or cover up regarding the entire case to date, resulting in Morgan finally taking Ford Motor Company head on as well.

Good for him.

The complaint can be read here.

Morgan v. Ford Motor Co. heating up, look out Louisville!

Louisville, KY - We have been the only outlet for well over two years now that have been reporting on the allegations against Ford Motor Company and Mayor Greg Fischer by former Ford employee Jay Morgan. The allegations regard an illegal termination of Jay Morgan by Ford, aided and abetted by our own Mayor Greg Fischer. We have told you and brought to you our evidence as to why we believe it to be so.

Read here for a refresher on some of the previous stories.

Mayor Fischer, Confederate monument, and Ford Motor Company

Louisville, KY - Over the last 48 hours since an injunction was sought by myself against Mayor Fischer over his illegal attempt to remove the Confederate Monument, there have been hundreds of people locally asking for more information and wanting to join us. The more the merrier.
Additionally, thousands right here at home and across the Country have been paying attention to the renegade Mayor and his attempts to play dictator and have been in contact with us as well.

Ford, Fischer, public corruption book coming

handcuffs black and white.jpg (600×398)

Louisville, KY - After being contacted by multiple publishers, who are familiar with my investigations into public corruption, to write a book, I decided a couple of months ago to follow their advice and do so. Though I have not decided on which publisher to go with at this point they, and I, are keenly interested in publicizing corrupt officials and the insider game played between them and Corporate America.

Morgan fighting back in Fischer lawsuit!

Louisville, KY - On Monday June 16, Jay Morgan attorney Shane Sidebottom proved he has finally had enough of the constant legal maneuvering and delays by Mayor Greg Fischer to avoid depositions in the lawsuit against him.

He finally demanded sanctions against the Mayor. It is about time.

Fischer denies Ford statement

Louisville, KY - As everyone knows by now the lawsuit filed by Jay Morgan against Greg Fischer for libel/slander has been delayed time and time again. No attorney I have spoken with has ever seen a situation that a defendant (Fischer) has been able to delay justice for so long.

There have been 3 attempts to dismiss, all denied, and one appeals attempt, also denied, by Fischer's illegally tax funded County Attorneys office lawyers. On May 29, Greg Fischer and Mike O'Connell's office played one last bluff in a desperate last ditch effort to deny justice once again.

For the fourth time they filed a dismissal attempt. This time however they miraculously did not request a court hearing. Why not?

Ford/Fischer; How deep does the rabbit hole go?

Louisville, KY - For over a year now I have been investigating Mayor Greg Fischer and Ford Motor Company for what I believe to be collusion in a criminal act against former Ford employee Jay Morgan. You can read all of the stories here. Unfortunately, as usual, the stories just keep coming the more I delve into the research.

Exposing the game Morgan v. Fischer

Louisville, KY - In December of 2013 Mayor Greg Fischer was charged in a lawsuit by former Ford employee Jay Morgan of libel and slander that resulted in the loss of Morgan's 24 year career with Ford Motor Company. We have covered this story continuously and outed exactly what led to the lawsuit with our West Side Stories Part 1 here and Part 2 here. But there is much, much more.

Glenmary, Greg Fischer Updates

Louisville, KY - Investigations take a hell of a lot of time folks especially when you are investigating the continued shenanigans of the local Democratic mafia in power here in Louisville. With that said here is a quick update on two of our most important current investigations.Glenmary
As you are no doubt aware of by now the Glenmary case we have been diligently reporting on continues on. What started as a simple report continues to grow. An old board of directors versus the new, soon to be old board of directors, in a fight over an unsustainable golf course in their neighborhood. Should have been a simple story right?
As usual nothing is ever as simple as it seems on the surface. Our other reports right here have outlined and detailed much of what the fight has been about but yet there is always more.
While investigating we have now uncovered emails sent by one of the former Board of directors, Scott Kennedy, who works in the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) using our public paid for resources to argue about his personal property and fight against Glenmary.
Can we say once again unethical? How many more of our tax paid employees continue to get caught in this situation.
It makes you question even further the integrity and honesty of  those involved. We will be doing an in depth story with copies etc in the near future.
No wonder current President Ron Huff has his hands full.
Hang in there...
Greg Fischer lawsuit
In the meantime, one of my current investigations is set to get crazier late this week.
As everyone knows by now, even mainstream has followed my lead and reported on this story without credit once again, but I digress, Mayor Greg Fischer has been sued by former Ford employee Jay Morgan.
In July we let you know that Greg Fischer and his legal team, which apparently includes Ford Motor Company, who was unnamed and has no relevance to the case at this point, was attempting for the THIRD time to have the case dismissed essentially over the same arguments they had previously used.
These feeble attempts at avoiding answering the charges against Fischer will be heard in a full hearing once again this Friday at 1 PM in front of the Honorable Judge Mitch Perry.
One would think Judge Perry will finally put an end to these ridiculous, expensive, waste of the court's time, and our tax money pleadings before his court. How much more money will we the taxpayer be forced to shell out on this Mayor's legal expenses based on a private lawsuit brought against him?
Ford's local attorney in this case, Thad Keal, was present once again in today's quick hearing sitting with the Fischer legal team. A simple hearing to determine a date for a full hearing regarding Fischer's latest attempt to dismiss.
We have to ask once again. Why is Ford involved in this case at all?
Just who is calling the shots here anyway? Fischer tried to involve Ford in this suit, they were not named as a party to, and now Ford is apparently collaborating with his legal team?
IS there something both Fischer and Ford need to hide?
Hopefully, Honorable Judge Perry will finally put an end to these shenanigans on Friday and we will be able to finally get at the truth.
This is the tip of the iceberg folks on these stories.
Stay tuned.......
