Louisville, Ky - Elections have consequences folks and this year is no exception. I have to admit that outside of the Presidential races it is hard to get excited on a local basis. Why? Because we are faced with the same old garbage as usual. We will discuss some of that on the next Ed Springston Show on Monday May 16. There are a couple of interesting races though and the Republican primary in Council District 16 is one of them.
In the interest of fairness I have to point out that I know District 16 Republican candidate Chip Sobel on a personal basis. Make of that what you will, I also know many establishment Republicans on a personal basis including Ken Fleming, Kelly Downard and a whole host of others.

Ford, Fischer, public corruption book coming
Louisville, KY - After being contacted by multiple publishers, who are familiar with my investigations into public corruption, to write a book, I decided a couple of months ago to follow their advice and do so. Though I have not decided on which publisher to go with at this point they, and I, are keenly interested in publicizing corrupt officials and the insider game played between them and Corporate America.

Dave Stengel helps drug dealers
Louisville, KY - Former Commonwealth Attorney Dave Stengel, and current candidate for Kentucky State representative District 29, released a scathing radio commercial today that accused his opponent, incumbent Kevin Bratcher, of essentially aiding drug dealers in Kentucky.

Metro Council pandering is disgusting
Louisville, KY - We expect our politicians to lie, cheat, steal, and blatantly abuse to a degree their authority, and power. In fact, we have come to expect it from many as sad as that may sound. Yet somehow things stay the same and we continue to allow it. Last night's Metro Council meeting was about as blatant as it comes to pandering for Jim King's personal ballot choices.

Fischer burns GE and Larry Clark can prove it
Louisville, KY - Mayor Greg Fischer may be the single reason GE will lose 6000 Louisville jobs and Representative Larry Clark inadvertently told us why. We have been reporting on Fischer's incompetence, and willingness to sell Louisville out for his own family gain, and have used the now defunct Workplace Training facility project in the West End as one example. Now it turns out that he has possibly intentionally helped rid us of GE as well.

WHERE DOES BULLYING END
Louisville, KY - Most that read the headline will automatically assume this article will address the bullying against children, or groups such as the gay community. Sorry to disappoint you.
No I want to ask the business and community leaders one question, where does bullying end?
We are now spending millions each year promoting an anti bullying message in regards to our children but leadership requires that one lead by example. This is where we fail.
During the Jim King case I defended, and won, hundreds of these leaders would write and offer information of other alleged improprieties by King and his daughter, sitting Judge Katie King. When I filed charges against former Councilwoman Judy Green the same rule applied.
It seemed everyone had a new story to tell and the mantra was contact Springston with info and he will do the work for us. In short they wanted to hide out of fear of being bullied by the elected establishment.
We are not talking about average citizens here folks. We are talking about recognized community leaders, business owners, and those who seemingly have power and influence. None of whom contribute any money or resources whatsoever to aid in the fight. Why not? Is it not in their best interests to do so?
Of course it is but I understand that they will suffer needlessly if they are associated in any way with someone who dares take on the political establishment. I'm not alone many fight the fight everyday in their own way.
I can and would never give their names because I believe in confidentiality as anyone who has ever read one story here can attest. Sources deserve to be protected so we can get at the truth and they always will be protected here as they know.
But now with Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin's current debacle, these leaders are once again calling wanting me to fight the fight for them. I will do so as it is the right thing to do but we have to ask ourselves one question.
Why would they call me?
Those with the resources and time to do the hard work feel as though they can't. Why?
Because they are scared of repercussions from the elected. The elected leaders bully them into silence. From threats of IPL investigations, to zoning problems for developers, the list is long and endless. Harass anyone who stands against the elected status quo into compliance. I have been told so many examples it would make you sick.
Instilling that fear is how the bullies win at all levels. Including our government bullies. Bullying is bullying.
It doesn't matter whether the bullying involves a child or an adult. When you allow others to control you out of fear you are empowering the bully.
What message does that send to the bully? What example does that set for our kids?
The message clearly is that, "if you have something to lose let others control you, that is an acceptable behavior."
And that is the fundamental problem. Our own government leaders wear you down through harassment and intimidation. All with their unlimited resources that is our tax money.
Is there a price for standing up against bullies? You bet. I pay the price everyday.
My non fear of bullies has cost me a great deal both personally and professionally. From the standard not so subtle IPL visits sent as a warning, to the phone calls threatening me and my family, and much worse. It has cost me income and my standard of living.
Sorry folks but the reality is nothing in life is free. There are repercussions for our actions.
Is it worth it? You bet. So why would I be OK with that?
Because it's important to hold OUR elected leaders accountable.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin.
The words by Franklin ring true more today than ever. What are we sacrificing for our own benefit. Temporary safety from those that would oppress us? Our own elected leaders?
As a veteran I took an oath to stand against all enemies foreign and domestic. I believe when we adult leaders cower in fear instead of standing up for what is right, then we have allowed the enemy to come into our house.
When it involves fear of our own elected leaders then that enemy is a domestic one.
Recently, a friend reminded me of Socrates with his comments to a previous article at Louisville Politics. "Socrates said that the highest role of a citizen philosopher was to be a “gadfly.” By that, he meant that the proper function of citizenship was to be a constant irritant to those in power."
During his defense when on trial for his life, Socrates, according to Plato's writings, pointed out that dissent, like the gadfly, was easy to swat, but the cost to society of silencing individuals who were irritating could be very high. "If you kill a man like me, you will injure yourselves more than you will injure me," because his role was that of a gadfly, "to sting people and whip them into a fury, all in the service of truth."
In modern and local politics, gadfly is a term used to describe someone who persistently challenges people in positions of power, the status quo or a popular position.
I agree and unless we continually hold the powerful elected accountable then we cannot move forward.
While we consistently preach the message of no more bullies to our kids, when does that message resonate with the messenger itself?
How can we sit idly by and allow ourselves to cower in fear to our ELECTED government?
Socrates also stated, "I only know that I know nothing."
I agree with this in many areas but I do know one thing from practical experience. As a child I was bullied. I was a little guy compared to today, and an easy target accordingly, but I found out one thing.
When I finally chose to quit being victimized and stood up for the first time against a bully something strange happened.
The rest disappeared.
I learned my lesson. Standing up for one's self makes a difference. As an adult today I have learned that it not only makes a difference in my life it does in others as well. Ask Jim King and Judy Green if the costs of their arrogance and attempts at bullying were worth it. In a few weeks ask Barbara Shanklin the same thing.
Bullying takes all shapes, forms, and sizes. It knows no boundaries to age, race, color, or religion. Or government.
The only allegiance a bully has is to himself. He must oppress you to feel better about himself. His power reinforces his well being. The same is true of our elected. In a sense it is also reflective of those who choose to hide from bullies for fear of losing something. Whether it be money or status.
Standing up to these bullies makes a difference in people's lives. Not just your own. It is a positive to the majority of the people that these elected leaders are supposed to serve. That's what happens when you stand up for truth, ethics, morals, and values.
I have received too much mail to count thanking me for my efforts in gaining accountability against the elected leaders who abuse our trust. To each of you my sincerest thanks.
I am one man, one voice, who has the courage to move forward and force accountability from those that would abuse our public trust, our money, and our values.
But I am left to wonder. If one man can accomplish so much, what would happen if others joined forces and stood up as one?
I will continue rising up until the day I die. It is that simple. Each of us deserves to be heard and recognized. That has always been the intent of the MyViewMatters mantra. Empower yourself and others will follow.
In the meantime, I will continue to be the voice for each of you until you feel it is safe to do so on your own. All of us deserve a voice. For you business leaders I will gain accountability for you. All you have to do is contact me and ask.

THE POWER LIES IN YOU
For many years now those who follow my work know of the MVM mantra. MVM simply has always stood for "My View Matters." It began as a concept designed to remind me daily that my view does indeed matter and my voice has the right to be heard. It is a belief I live by and I use it daily now when involved in speaking engagements or public events in the hopes that it will somehow help others believe the same thing I do.
That each of us matter and we deserve to be counted.
I have challenged many throughout the years to pay heed to this simplest of concepts in the hopes that they would finally realize their own power as individuals. I believe self empowerment aids us in our daily lives.
It seems that We The People have forgotten that when it comes to our daily lives we are the ones who control the path we are on.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Whether that be the simplest of decisions, like what's for dinner for example, to deciding on our elected leaders and the direction that we collectively want to work towards, we continue to allow ourselves to be led by someone else's decisions that may or may not be what we would want for ourselves, our families, our neighborhoods, or indeed our Nation.
For anyone to honestly believe that the trends in our daily lives are not alarming I beg to differ.
Look around you.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Our daily lives are being destroyed by the political powers that be who feel there will be no recourse in their actions. We have allowed them to think this is acceptable behavior.
Unemployment, welfare, education, price of gas, anything and everything is being exploited for the good of the powerful at the expense of most of us.
We continue to be lied to and led by an out of control mainstream media who prefers to tell us what to believe instead of giving us the facts and letting us decide for ourselves. Think I'm wrong?
Look to the GOP Presidential primary election and see just how much the process is tainted and the cover up of the simplest reporting in order to force feed us an establishment choice. We are sitting idly by and allowing it to happen.
Look at the lost freedoms we face in our Nation as a result of such things as the Homeland Security Act, which gives us a false sense of security, the NDAA, which allows our government to storm our homes with Uzi's if they so choose without any charges against us, among others.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Ask yourself are you better off today then you were 4 years ago and you won't be surprised by the answer. Most I talk to give me a resounding NO. It's no surprise to me but reinforces what I have always believed.

Here at home in Louisville, KY the problems that we continue to face are the same ones that our elected leaders have promised to fix for decades yet we still continue to have high poverty, poor education, and no economic prosperity to speak of for the average Louisvillian.
From the Cordish Group debacle, false crime reporting, and the economic injustice to the West End.
Cover ups by Councilmen such as David Tandy who went to Baltimore to see the Cordish Group, and gain accountability for our free money given to them, yet signed a non disclosure agreement so he couldn't show us they were above board.
Of course Cordish Group has asked for another $850,000 of our money and we will give it to them.
Even after they reneged on the original deal and got kicked out of the Starks Building for failure to pay back rent.
As Metro Council President and a lawyer he should know better, but he knows....

Buying elections such as elected Councilman Jim King did for his daughter Judge Katie King yet both are still in office.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Crime any better? Nope.
We were supposed to believe that it would improve under former Chief Robert White and we were treated to hands off accountability because he was African American. We couldn't hold him accountable out of fear of being labeled racist if we did.
What did we gain? Nothing.
Race relations still did not improve, our Police Department worked in fear instead of doing their job, cronyism within leadership positions, and false reporting of crime statistics. Crime rates didn't improve. The reporting of them changed to hide the obvious.
Our "leadership" in Jerry Abramson knew of White's failed leadership past and lied to we the people when hiring him. Of course Abramson lied to the people of Louisville for over twenty years with no recourse. Why?
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Has education improved? Nope.
Louisville has some of the worst ranked schools in Kentucky though we are one of the largest budgets. Why?
Because once again we have been promised changes that never develop due to poor leadership. Kentucky ranks in the bottom of education across the Country and largely because of the failures of the Jefferson County education system.
A system that cares more about the money than the education of our children.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Why do I bring all of these issues up?
The one thing they all have in common is politics. The game has always been the same and we the people continue to allow it. Politics affect each and every aspect of our daily lives yet it is the one thing most don't want to get involved in.
Private business like Cordish gets our money because of their connections in Beshear, Abramson, Tandy, and others.
Our police department relies on federal money so our politicians force them to manipulate data to get to it regardless of the real problems.
Our education system relies on federal money so our leaders lie, cheat, and steal an education from our children to line their pockets.
See a pattern here? Follow the money. Money equals power to our elected entrenched and we the sheep have no problems letting them believe it.
We continue to elect these same people who are screwing us over and over again. What have they learned trhoughout this process?
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Behavior is a learned thing.
When one is abused and they go back to the abuser, they have just taught the abuser that this is acceptable behavior. It is now a learned part of the abuser's behavioral process.
If someone constantly demeans you and you let them do it, you just taught them that treating you in a demeaning way is acceptable behavior.
As we continue to allow ourselves to be lied to and manipulated into losing our freedoms everyday, we are in fact telling our leadership this is acceptable. How so?
Because we refuse to get involved and let them know it is not. Most choose to allow others to tell them how to live their lives instead of taking responsibility for their own choices in doing so.

I refuse to follow the path our elected leaders are taking us down.
I refuse to accept their behavior in destroying my America, my Kentucky, and my Louisville.
I will no longer be a victim to their abuse.
Why?

Because once again we have been promised changes that never develop due to poor leadership. Kentucky ranks in the bottom of education across the Country and largely because of the failures of the Jefferson County education system.
A system that cares more about the money than the education of our children.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Why do I bring all of these issues up?
The one thing they all have in common is politics. The game has always been the same and we the people continue to allow it. Politics affect each and every aspect of our daily lives yet it is the one thing most don't want to get involved in.
Private business like Cordish gets our money because of their connections in Beshear, Abramson, Tandy, and others.
Our police department relies on federal money so our politicians force them to manipulate data to get to it regardless of the real problems.
Our education system relies on federal money so our leaders lie, cheat, and steal an education from our children to line their pockets.
See a pattern here? Follow the money. Money equals power to our elected entrenched and we the sheep have no problems letting them believe it.
We continue to elect these same people who are screwing us over and over again. What have they learned trhoughout this process?
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
Behavior is a learned thing.
When one is abused and they go back to the abuser, they have just taught the abuser that this is acceptable behavior. It is now a learned part of the abuser's behavioral process.
If someone constantly demeans you and you let them do it, you just taught them that treating you in a demeaning way is acceptable behavior.
As we continue to allow ourselves to be lied to and manipulated into losing our freedoms everyday, we are in fact telling our leadership this is acceptable. How so?
Because we refuse to get involved and let them know it is not. Most choose to allow others to tell them how to live their lives instead of taking responsibility for their own choices in doing so.
People will only give you what you are willing to accept.
I refuse to follow the path our elected leaders are taking us down.
I refuse to accept their behavior in destroying my America, my Kentucky, and my Louisville.
I will no longer be a victim to their abuse.

CONSTABLE DAVID WHITLOCK INDICTED
For those of you who have been paying attention to this case today current Constable, and convicted felon, David Whitlock has been indicted on charges of second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment largely brought about because of Louisville KY News once again.
We were among the first to run with the story on Whitlock's illegal dealings. We were the first to expose pictures of his illegalities and his own criminality.
I personally took the evidence I had acquired to Metro Councilman Kelly Downard and worked with Councilman David James to ensure there would be accountability. They then took the evidence to Commonwealth Attorney Dave Stengel that aided in bringing about these charges.
The charges against Whitlock currently are small potatoes in the grand scheme of things and I find it fails in holding Whitlock accountable for all his misdeeds.

GREEN STORY CONTINUES: WHAT A MESS!
Wow who would have thought that this story would still be going on! Thanks to Judy Green, and the advice she continues getting from the likes of Denise Bentley I am told, this circus is reaching new heights. Of course anyone with half a brain could have predicted this type of behavior.
Green has been playing the race card almost since the beginning of this months ago but some are actually just now seeing it Charges of racism starting to appear in defense of Councilwoman Judy Green [The Arena] Louisville.com. Better late than never I guess.
Others have been following all along and realized from the onset that Green's only hope is to taint the process and pray for help in the legal system. Even MaDonna Flood gets that much WFPL News King Denies Intimidating Green.
Oh wait headline reads King denies intimidating Green. Say it isn't so!
Phillip Bailey and Thom McAdam have actually written some great pieces here even if Thom is late to the game he makes sense.
The facts are that Green is the one who has tried the intimidation trick and it didn't work. She thought she could play the race card against Barbara Shanklin, Phillip Bailey, and a host of others. It backfired.
She thought she could threaten them and Jim King with supposed info hiding behind the old 2 year old mentality of "they did it too." It backfired.
Now she must go after the person responsible for doing the job of impeaching Green.
The Metro Council president who just happens to be Jim King.
What is so fascinating is that she actually believes this will work. After listening to Bentley lay out the game and lining up a few quacks like Charles Elliot, Denise Bentley, Mattie Jones, and Gracie Lewis she believes she really can get away with this.
Of course having an inept, or corrupt Commonwealth Attorney such as Dave Stengel certainly helps her play this game. After all of the criminal information brought forth during the investigation Green should already be on trial facing years behind bars.
Credit card theft, identity theft, bribery, and the list goes on and on.
Testimony to that effect from her own office personnel. Andrea Jackson, Melody Hill, well you get the gist.
Yet compromised, corrupt, inept, choose any or all of those three, Commonwealth Attorney Dave Stengel decided there was no criminal charges forthcoming.
And before anyone cries Stengel had a "special" prosecutor he still has the obligation. Of course just as easily having Judy Green's daughter work in his office certainly didn't hurt Green either. After her racist comments one wonders how she can still be an attorney working for us when she clearly has a racist slant in her dealings with the public.

I loved the way Green handpicked yet another reporter from mainstream, at WLKY this time, to report the gathering last night at Elliot's place. I would say Reverend Elliot, but there is no Reverend in this equation. Strong words eh?
Well I challenge you to prove what is Christian about this man Elliot. Seriously.
Reports of an underground "gentleman's club," falsely representing a defunct organization, owing at least $16,000 to the City of Louisville for years on a lien, and now saying thievery is acceptable behavior by anyone, including elected leaders. Birds of a feather anyone?
That is the reality of the racist card being played right now against the good people of District 1 and the good citizens of our City at large. The only color involved in this is Green. Not the Councilperson but the color of money. She took it unlawfully in more ways than one and should be held acocuntable as anyone else would. Anyone who listens to hearsay and not look at the facts themselves are the problem.
I ask myself is Elliot himself has actually read all of the investigative report, 500+ pages to be exact, the actual testimony at the hearing, or anything else rather than a newspaper. I also wonder if he would stand as tall for say someone like Rick Blackwell, Bob Henderson, Stuart Benson, or Kelly Downard if they were in this position.
The answer is a clear one and that answer is no. Hey Rev?

You should restudy the basics of your bible. Perhaps you should also check out the basics like thou shalt not bear false witness, or thou shalt not covet. If you want to be a man of God then most certainly the onus is upon you to lead by example.
What message are you sending to the chioldren in our community now. Stealing is acceptable as long as you are elected? Do you tell them that during services?
No, instead you choose to try and involve your pulpit in politics and not God.
A religious leader would take the righteous road. You can forgive Green all you want, stand around and sing kumbayah to your heart's content, but it doesn't absolve her of her responsibility. By you involving yourself in the process to manipulate judgement quite frankly is an insult to real religious leaders in any community or any church. It also doesn't absolve you of your responsibility in this situation.
There is someting called penance perhaps you have heard of it during your bible studies?

Considering Green lost his law license for theft (sound familiar) one would tend to believe his credibility is not trustworthy either. He did take an oath to obey the laws when he was admitted to the bar. So legally speaking he hasn't proven he is trustworthy either.
Face reality folks. Jim King has gotten plenty of negative attention in his own right, primarily from me and my charges against him, so with that said how in the hell could he even begin to make a statement on this case in February before any hearing or evidence was presented?
My charges against Green were not even filed then.
Ray Barker? What in the world can he gain from this. Seriously, if Barker himself, or anyone else, thinks he would get appointed to fill the seat until a new election is held doesn't live in the real world either. Barker is now what most people refer to as damaged goods politically speaking.
No Ray did what he has always done. Stood up for the kids. And he is paying a price for his role in this.His character is under constant attack, his orals and values questioned. And yep even his ethics are under review.
All for standing up to do the right thing. And that is one reason we as a society fail. We punish those who stand up and do the right thing. Even when they are proven right we as a society tend to award the crooks and hurt the righteous.
I could write a book on what it has cost me to stand up for this community. Hell I am damaged goods because I stand up. No one invests in controversy or controversial figures. Such is life. I'm not crying just stating the obvious. I have pretty thick skin but others do not.
Anyone who would believe the lies of "King is behind this" certainly has no clue what they speak of. It simply defies logic.
Read this site and ask yourself how close you think me and King are. Or Ray Barker and King are. Trust me it isn't very. What is telling is that Bentley is involved and has been from the outset.
The same Denise Bentley who hates Jim King and still has not backed up any charges she made prior to her pulling her "book" off the shelf before one copy was ever delivered. This is the same Denise Bentley who is advising her good friend Judy Green. Quite honestly it is the same power game Bentley is known for. It is the biggest reason Denise paid a price for it and no longer wields the power she once had.
Is it any wonder that Green has now switched gears to focus on Jim King in his role as Metro Council President? Credibility anyone?
Lest anyone try again to accuse me of having a personal bias, the public record speaks for itself.
James Green was even granted a $100,000 forgivable loan by Jerry Abramson in March of 2007 to clean up the old Perkins Chrysler building on Dixie.
He never accomplished that so what happened to the money?
While a few like Charles Elliot, Judy Green, James Green, Denise Bentley, Mattie Jones, and Gracie Lewis, continue relying on these ridiculous tactics that divide the community based on lies and misinformation, which allows them to feel like they have some power to stroke their own egos, most of us live in the real world and deal with the reality inherent within.
The reality is that those mentioned above have lied, cheated, stolen, and connived one time to many and it is now time to stand up and accept the consequences.
Cheating, and stealing may be a way of life we became accustomed to over the years with Abramson, and some before him, today the future is looking brighter thanks to this case and more to come.
Character is when one does the right thing when no one is looking. It demands integrity in and of one's self, honesty, and a moral compass to guide you. None of which apply in this case or these people.

THE VERDICT IS IN: ETHICS COMMISSION SAYS REMOVE JUDY GREEN
The ethics commission has recommended the removal of Judy Green from the Metro Council for ethical violations regarding her Green Clean team, and undoubtedly will recommend the same thing again at their next hearing when they address the illegal grant funding by Green to the 100 Black Men organization.
Well done Ethics commission.
I have had reservations about any so called ethics commission in Louisville for some time now admittedly. In my opinion to date the commission has been non responsive and refused to do their job for this community. This case has given me new hope that we can begin anew the fight to hold our elected leaders accountable.
Many throughout this community have voiced the opinion that Green needs to go, while many elected leaders have been fearful of actually removing her. Why would they be scared?
There are many reasons of course but the main one is the fact that many of these Democratic majority elected leaders rely on the same back door dealings that Green does to get elected and stay elected. They rely on the same divisionist tactics as Green to serve their own personal agendas and ego trips.
Take for example a story from WFPL's Phillip Bailey on June 8 two days prior to the announcement: WFPL News Fischer Hopes Ethics Charges “Work Out” for Green
From Mayor Fischer in the article.
“I’ve known her for several years and she’s a nice person and tries to do the best job everyday,” he said. “And let’s hope this works out okay for her.”
State finance records show the mayor’s father, George, and sister, Lynne, who worked on his campaign, both contributed to Green’s re-election bid against Ray Barker, Sr., who filed the first complaint against the councilwoman.
So why is this interesting? For many reasons actually.
As sources have told us over and over money talks in the West End in elections. "Seed" money is a common way for those like Clarence Yancey and Denise Bentley to "help" get someone elected. I can only tell you what I have been told. Make of it what you will.
I do, however, believe there is some substance to these allegation as sources are many not just one.
Sources also tell me that this was the reason for the falling out between Bentley and Jim King. Bentley wanted $70,000 to spread around and King said no. True or not? You be the judge. It is beyond interesting that Bentley supposedly wrote a "tell all" book on King that suddenly vanished after an investigation began. No proof was ever offered by her and no allegations substantiated from her about the charges she brought forth from that overnight venture. Credibility?
So why would Fischer go on the record for Green hoping everything works out for her? Well we know from Phillip Bailey's story that Fischer's family has financially supported Green's campaign efforts so is that the reason?
We know from the streets, though no one will go on record for fear of retaliation, that votes can be bought for cash in some places. Is that the reason?
Additionally, Fischer stated he would not get involved unless asked to do so. Going so far as to make this statement as well:
“I’m concerned anytime there’s an allegation in the community from anybody that things are not working as they should be regardless if it’s Metro Council, if it’s the mayor or anybody,” Fischer said. “The important thing is we have a process like we have right now to investigate those things, let everybody have their fair say on what happens, don’t pre-judge people and then live with the outcome of that.”
Mr. Mayor there is no prejudgement any longer. The ethics commission has made it quite clear what they believe should happen and now the Metro Council will decide what avenue to pursue.
Now we will see who is sincere about changes in this community and who are not.
The onus of course is on the Democrats of the Council, and/or the Mayor himself, to do the will of the commission and the community. They have the majority and they can choose whether to remove Judy Green or allow her to keep her job. It really is that simple.
Will they remove Green against her will even if they are fearful of revenge from her by outing what most already know?
Will they cower in fear and allow her to save her job?
Who knows but we do know that for the removal process to move forward would take 5 metro council members signatures, OR the Mayor himself can file the complaint.
If the Mayor is serious about changing Louisville then his mission is clear. Based on the ethics commission findings HE should initiate the complaint himself. After all he was elected on this openness, transparency, and change thing right?
From the looks of it Mayor Fischer will not be doing this and that raises suspicion of his intent to clean up the mess he was left with from Abramson. Democratic politics as usual?
We will now see just who the real players are and who is sincere in the efforts to bring accountability to Louisville elected leaders.

Take for example a story from WFPL's Phillip Bailey on June 8 two days prior to the announcement: WFPL News Fischer Hopes Ethics Charges “Work Out” for Green
From Mayor Fischer in the article.
“I’ve known her for several years and she’s a nice person and tries to do the best job everyday,” he said. “And let’s hope this works out okay for her.”
State finance records show the mayor’s father, George, and sister, Lynne, who worked on his campaign, both contributed to Green’s re-election bid against Ray Barker, Sr., who filed the first complaint against the councilwoman.
So why is this interesting? For many reasons actually.
As sources have told us over and over money talks in the West End in elections. "Seed" money is a common way for those like Clarence Yancey and Denise Bentley to "help" get someone elected. I can only tell you what I have been told. Make of it what you will.
I do, however, believe there is some substance to these allegation as sources are many not just one.
Sources also tell me that this was the reason for the falling out between Bentley and Jim King. Bentley wanted $70,000 to spread around and King said no. True or not? You be the judge. It is beyond interesting that Bentley supposedly wrote a "tell all" book on King that suddenly vanished after an investigation began. No proof was ever offered by her and no allegations substantiated from her about the charges she brought forth from that overnight venture. Credibility?
So why would Fischer go on the record for Green hoping everything works out for her? Well we know from Phillip Bailey's story that Fischer's family has financially supported Green's campaign efforts so is that the reason?
We know from the streets, though no one will go on record for fear of retaliation, that votes can be bought for cash in some places. Is that the reason?
Additionally, Fischer stated he would not get involved unless asked to do so. Going so far as to make this statement as well:
“I’m concerned anytime there’s an allegation in the community from anybody that things are not working as they should be regardless if it’s Metro Council, if it’s the mayor or anybody,” Fischer said. “The important thing is we have a process like we have right now to investigate those things, let everybody have their fair say on what happens, don’t pre-judge people and then live with the outcome of that.”
Mr. Mayor there is no prejudgement any longer. The ethics commission has made it quite clear what they believe should happen and now the Metro Council will decide what avenue to pursue.
Now we will see who is sincere about changes in this community and who are not.
The onus of course is on the Democrats of the Council, and/or the Mayor himself, to do the will of the commission and the community. They have the majority and they can choose whether to remove Judy Green or allow her to keep her job. It really is that simple.
Will they remove Green against her will even if they are fearful of revenge from her by outing what most already know?
Will they cower in fear and allow her to save her job?
Who knows but we do know that for the removal process to move forward would take 5 metro council members signatures, OR the Mayor himself can file the complaint.
If the Mayor is serious about changing Louisville then his mission is clear. Based on the ethics commission findings HE should initiate the complaint himself. After all he was elected on this openness, transparency, and change thing right?
From the looks of it Mayor Fischer will not be doing this and that raises suspicion of his intent to clean up the mess he was left with from Abramson. Democratic politics as usual?
We will now see just who the real players are and who is sincere in the efforts to bring accountability to Louisville elected leaders.

RACISM? REALLY GREEN?
It seems a firestorm of sorts has been started thanks to a Denise Bentley post on facebook urging folks to contact her so they can "send a message" to Judy Green's accuser. Well naturally since I am the accuser I wrote on the post to contact me with any message she (they) may have. I back my charges 100%.
Of course it didn't take long at that point to be attacked for being a racist by Green's daughter Jessica. After pointing out the obvious that I actually do have a record of going after corrupt officials regardless of race (in fact Judy Green is the first African American politician I have charged with anything) then Bentley censors the comments and takes them down presumably to save Jessica Green the embarrassment of being caught playing the race card.
Of course now I am being told there was a meeting that took place involving Green, Bentley, and Mattie Jones that included a few local pastors at the Justice Resource Center to discuss what they can do to Ray Barker and believe it or not Jim King.
Whether true or not based on the whole facebook comment of "sending a message," and knowing how the game is played, I believe there is probably some truth to that meeting. We shall see quickly I am sure.
But with all that said some things must be pointed out. Quite simply by playing the race card herself, Judy Green and her supporters have proven who is the real racist in this whole scheme. I mean how can you justify the things Green has done?

Green is not the first politican to abuse her power, and undoubtedly won't be the last, but never have I seen someone so desperate as to play the race card against her own race in an attempt to get away with it.
Judy Green has tried that card already against those such as Phillip Bailey, a prominent reporter at WFPL who also is African American, Barbara Shanklin, Metro Councilperson for the Newburg District, and once again a prominent African American, all the way down to Ray Barker a retired police officer. Oh yeah African American as well.
The reality is that Green and her ilk have no one to blame for their fallacies but themselves and the race card is the only card they have left to play. Anyone who would say otherwise is in it for themselves not the people.
Not all of us, African Americans or white, buy into the whole race card mentality. No it would seem that those like politician Judy Green and those who benefit personally by playing the race card are the ones at fault here. They forget about the people they supposedly "serve." It is disturbing to see that gamne being played today. We cannot move beyond racism when prominent people in the community continue relying on it as a way for them to gain and maintain control.
How can you explain why so many within the community have turned their backs on Judy Green and Denise Bentley? I get calls everyday these days thanking me for doing this and holding Green accountable. Yep from those in her district and Louisville wide. It doesn't seem the race card is playing well and for that I am grateful.
For a racist I guess I should have never charged Council President Jim King, never challenged the likes of Council members Bob Henderson, Vickie Welch, or Rick Blackwell. All white folk.
Remember the Abramson comments concerning "poorer,blacker, and older?" I was the one who outed that against the former Mayor. Last I saw he was white as well.
There is no excuse for racism at any level or on any side of the equation. Holding political leaders accountable is not only a right we have as American citizens, but an obligation. And that folks defies any color barriers.
Sadly, the race label just won't stick to me nor should it stick with Ray Barker. Barker is a retired police officer, commonly known throughout the community for his "Sir Friendly C" persona as a rapper working with kids to stay away from drugs. White and black. He has proven to be a stalwart citizen in the community. He is a prime example of how each of us can succeed in life regardless of color.
When folks like Judy Green, Jessica Green, or Denise Bentley continue playing that race card they demean the intelligence of ALL of us white or black. And that simply is unacceptable. While that has worked in years past for the political ilk of those like Green, I have faith that most folks today are intent on moving forward not backward in our thinking.
Each of us share in this world and each of us have a duty to respect one another. Regardless of race. I spend my time with those of every creed, color, and nationality each and everyday without forgetting that we are all human. Color does not make us what we are our choices do.
That alone decides our fate so make better choices than to fall for this divisive idiocy that benefits the few at the expense of the many. The facts are simple Judy Green committed an intentional act for her own gain. She abused power for votes. She even admitted at the hearing that only a 501(c)3 could get a grant and admitted that the agencies involved in her scheme were not at the time 501(c)3 entities.
She even admitted there were other ways they could have received funding. Admitted, after initially denying any remembrance, that SHE presented the grant to the appropriations committee that SHE herself sat on. SHE also voted to approve the request never once alerting the committee of her plan to "pass through" the monies illegally to other entities.

* took out a credit card in Assistant's Andrea Jackson' name without her permission running the total up to $25,000,
*Accepted $600 cash from a liquor store owner in her District according to witnesses Andrea Jackson and former aide Melody Hill,
*According to court documents, Green owes $55,411 to the Internal Revenue Service for taxes going back to 1998, $371 to the city for a civil penalty she has failed to pay since 2009, as well as an outstanding $374,896 student loan, stemming from a judgment that goes back to 1989,
*used the Green Clean team as a cash cow to pay her kids,
*illegally ordered a grant recipient (100 Black Men) to ask for more money than needed and redirected those funds to those who would not qualify for them on their own merit as a way to garner votes,
*after blaming aides for the "pass through" monies to the orgs outside of the 100 black men, Green finally admitted that she had directed them to do so after intense questioning to get at the truth,
*public statements by the 100 Black Men President himself, “It was made clear upfront that some of the money would be redirected … and that (Green’s office) would tell us where to redirect it,” Rob Jordan, president of 100 Black Men,
The arrangement also was confirmed to the newspaper by Charles Alexander III, who is the treasurer of 100 Black Men and Green’s political campaigns.

CJ PROVES IT IS BIASED ONCE AGAIN:YANCEY RECEIVES AWARD REGARDLESS OF THE REAL FACTS
I can't help but wonder when the CJ will actually someday get back to being a reputable paper. With the latest article by Joe Gerth it appears not anytime soon. Take this for example: Gerth : Clarence Yancey a political throwback to earlier days The Courier-Journal courier-journal.com.
Joe Gerth apparently decided to do a fluff piece on longtime Democratic hack Clarence Yancey for getting the Crimmins award on behalf of the Democratic Party who apparently have no trouble rewarding felons.
You see Dear readers I did an article yesterday laughing at the appointments by Jim King to redraw the old County Commission districts and Yancey was one of them. Of course since Joe Gerth decided to such a fluff piece without allowing all the facts of Yancey's troubled career in Democratic politics I feel obligated to out a bit of it.
To continue down the path of rewarding illegal folks for working illegally on behalf of the party is well getting real old real quick. From convicted felon John Flood being in charge of the IPL division of Planning and Zoning, until forced to retire, to now Clarence Yancey being rewarded with BS for being a Democratic hack.
We can no longer stomach this type of attitude from the elected leaders of any party period.
As I outlined previously Yancey is a Democratic insider who has been rumored to be, and in my opinion there is some fact to these rumors, to be one of those who receive cash from candidates and then spread that cash around to buy votes.
Folks that is not Democracy.
Yancey openly bragged about his dealings in 2008 in an interview by election journal stating: "9 out of 10 people will vote the way I tell them to. Street Politics – “Kentucky Style” Election Journal An interesting statement to say the least. Additionally, according to the Election Journal:
If candidates are looking to pay workers on election day, then they come to Clarence. A big election like this primary typically runs for about $100 per person. With 500 people working for Clarence this election, our math says $50,000 deployed in the 43rd.
You can bet Clarence made out like a bandit. So how did he get the appointment from the Council? Perhaps because of his donation to Katie King last year. Time will tell. Of course Michael Mercer and Rebecca Lamb contribute to the King's as well. But that is a story on another day.
I would also like to ask Governor Steve Beshear how he justified appointing Yancey to the Kentucky State Board of Auctioneers considering that this appointment seems to go against KRS 330 the Kentucky Auctioneer Law.
Yep good ole boy politics and as usual concerning highly questionable individuals such as Clarence Yancey and previously Councilwoman MaDonna Flood husband John.
Trust me there is plenty more to come but it is time to rid ourselves of this thuggery machine in the Democratic Party here in Louisville.......

INTERESTING MUSINGS....
FOX 41 General Manager Bill Lamb's wife was rewarded thanks in large part to Bill Lamb's friendship with Jim King. I can see no other reason. According to the CJ, Council President Jim King just announced the three person panel that will redraw the old County Commissioner's seats required by KRS. Jim King names panel to redistrict Jefferson Fiscal Court areas The Courier-Journal courier-journal.com.
Interestingly enough 2 of the 3 names listed jumped out immediately.
Rebecca Lamb for the "A" District just happens to be the wife of FOX41's Bill Lamb. Why would she be involved in the redistricting? Because of Bill Lamb and his abuse of his position as General Manager of FOX41 during his POV segments on that channel. In my opinion Lamb went beyond asking questions to openly supporting a Mayoral candidate, and using his position as GM to do so, during the 2010 Mayoral election.

There was nothing "fair and balanced" in these POV segments and it seriously cripples the ability of FOX41 in that regard. Lamb has proven, to me anyway, that he will use his status for his own gain and not for the people of the community FOX41 serves. Stay tuned for his chastising POV on my view in 3, 2, 1.......
Clarence Yancey in "C" District is another hack in my opinion. Appointed by Governor Steve Beshear in 2009 to the State Board of Auctioneers only reinforces that. There is literally not one thing Yancey is not involved in when it comes to democratic politics and the West End of Louisville. So much for thinking we would move forward under a Fischer administration or a Council that finally is rid of the gestapo of Abramson.
Admittedly, the offices have no power, and no pay, but this shows once again political patronage is alive and well with more insider appointments. If merger does indeed get recalled this redistricting can be a major player in a new elected government.
The "B" District is represented by Michael Mercer. Is this the same Michael Mercer who was part of Stansteel corp, a corporation in Texas in 1978? Or perhaps associated with Louisville Dryer incorporated in Florida in 2005? Or is this the Michael Mercer of First Security Bank of Kentucky, or perhaps Community Bancorp of Kentucky.
We will find out but all appointees seem suspect politically because of the movement to end merger. If that movement is successful these "non" jobs then will have some serious meaning and redrawing the boundaries will be more important.
And of course Bobbie Holsclaw is the 4th person, though not a voting member. I'm sure because she is the current JCC. No problems on that front.
Speaking of Holsclaw would someone please stop the Bobbie Holsclaw email drive. Seriously. I have seen 3 year olds do a better job presenting a message than what Holsclaw staffers are putting out. I am sick and tired of the idiocy of this candidacy. Holsclaw seems intent on one thing. Berating Phil Moffett.
Seriously. She continually sends out email (like anyone even cares that she is in the race) and always beginning with an attack on Moffett. She even goes on the radio and does not even know 1. What she is for, or 2. the difference in something as simple as industrial hemp versus marijuana. Not to mention the mega stories I continue receiving about how the JCCO is really run under her.
67 years old making over $100k a year AND drawing Social Security. She doesn't need the money and if this candidacy is any indication she wouldn't know what it was anyway. No visions, no plans, constant negative attacks against not the front runner but a fellow Louisvillian as well. True indicators she does not have a clue and needs to go bye bye.
Give her a diaper and a baby blanket and put her to bed. Her staff needs the same.
Her running mate Bill Vermillion? Quit embarrassing yourself. Every cabbage head needs some dressing for Coleslaw and apparently she found her dressing in Vermillion.
On Tuesday do us all a favor folks and vote anyone but Bobbie Holsclaw.
Finally what does Frank Simon not get about removing me from his idiotic robo calls? Simon is a bigoted piece of garbage in my opinion and it is insulting receiving what seems like daily robo calls from his office. Simon cease and desist or there will be legal action period.

JUDY GREEN RESIGN IMMEDIATELY
Man oh man who would ever have guessed this Judy Green story would still be going on today. So much has been uncovered and more will be just wait for it. In the meantime I love how stories I unleashed in December are now being claimed as "new" news by others today. It isn't even worth giving them free hits on their sites anymore by outing them.
This one of course refers to the $100,000 forgivable loan that was approved by the Green's but no one has confirmed that they received it yet. I reported on this one in December. Yep another first for Louisville News. Additionally, Judy Green received a subrogation from a lien against her by the feds reported last week on the MyViewMatters Radio Show. That one is being investigated as we speak.

Eddie Woods of the LIFE Institute is the guy accused by Judy Green of mishandling the Green Clean team project even though the LMPD Public Integrity Unit said it was run by Judy and James Green. Eddie Woods was on the show last night here: MyViewMatters Radio Show 3/8/2011 - MyViewMatters Internet Radio Blog Talk Radio.
Woods denies any involvement and I believe him. Much thanks to Mr. Woods who literally lays his life on the line to work with troubled youth and he gets treated like this by Green?
To my knowledge this is the first on air interview with Mr. Woods in this whole ordeal.

We sure are racking them up aren't we? The time is now for mainstream, and others, to start giving credit where it is due. But I digress.
Today once again there is more to add to this Green mess of a story.
Metro Council President Jim King has asked for the Ethics Commission to expand its hearing this month on councilwoman Judy Green and for a city audit review of all Neighborhood Development Fund grants over $5,000 over the past two years. I agree with King. In his role as Metro Council President it is only right that he would seek this avenue. No question. King said he thinks it is important for all allegations against Green to be dealt with as soon as possible.
“It’s important to wrap both up simultaneously … and we shouldn't leave that to chance,” King said in an interview. “My belief is it would be appropriate for the committee to communicate with the Ethics Commission to confirm the complaint has been amended” to include the new allegations.
“If it hasn’t … the committee should take necessary steps to amend the complaint itself.”
We must get rid of Judy Green once and for all and this would help keep other charges from coming up later. Get it out there, deal with it, and move on.

According to sources, I am being told that Judy Green's Legislative Aide, Andrea Jackson, has been demoted to a lesser position behind the scenes. Though Green's web page is not reflecting the change I am being told that St. Stephen Baptist has once again come to her aid by installing one of their own staff to work through this thus subrogating Andrea Jackson. I will out the name later today after verification. We are working on that now.
If so it is one more example of the St Stephen gang getting involved in something they should not be. Just how deep does St. Stephen's Kevin Cosby's reach go? We will find out at Louisville News but based on some reports I have been getting it will astound you.
Softball interviews by St. Stephen's chosen ones, and Judy Green friends, Renee Murphy over at WHAS11 and Stephan Johnson at FOX41, to now St. Stephen rumoredly "loaning" one of their staffers to aid Judy Green in her Metro office.
Hmm so much for separation of Church and State huh?

Woods denies any involvement and I believe him. Much thanks to Mr. Woods who literally lays his life on the line to work with troubled youth and he gets treated like this by Green?
To my knowledge this is the first on air interview with Mr. Woods in this whole ordeal.

We sure are racking them up aren't we? The time is now for mainstream, and others, to start giving credit where it is due. But I digress.
Today once again there is more to add to this Green mess of a story.
Metro Council President Jim King has asked for the Ethics Commission to expand its hearing this month on councilwoman Judy Green and for a city audit review of all Neighborhood Development Fund grants over $5,000 over the past two years. I agree with King. In his role as Metro Council President it is only right that he would seek this avenue. No question. King said he thinks it is important for all allegations against Green to be dealt with as soon as possible.
“It’s important to wrap both up simultaneously … and we shouldn't leave that to chance,” King said in an interview. “My belief is it would be appropriate for the committee to communicate with the Ethics Commission to confirm the complaint has been amended” to include the new allegations.
“If it hasn’t … the committee should take necessary steps to amend the complaint itself.”
We must get rid of Judy Green once and for all and this would help keep other charges from coming up later. Get it out there, deal with it, and move on.
Here is another first I posted on facebook last night on behalf of Louisville News.
According to sources, I am being told that Judy Green's Legislative Aide, Andrea Jackson, has been demoted to a lesser position behind the scenes. Though Green's web page is not reflecting the change I am being told that St. Stephen Baptist has once again come to her aid by installing one of their own staff to work through this thus subrogating Andrea Jackson. I will out the name later today after verification. We are working on that now.
If so it is one more example of the St Stephen gang getting involved in something they should not be. Just how deep does St. Stephen's Kevin Cosby's reach go? We will find out at Louisville News but based on some reports I have been getting it will astound you.
Softball interviews by St. Stephen's chosen ones, and Judy Green friends, Renee Murphy over at WHAS11 and Stephan Johnson at FOX41, to now St. Stephen rumoredly "loaning" one of their staffers to aid Judy Green in her Metro office.
Hmm so much for separation of Church and State huh?

WHAT'S NEXT CAN JUDY GREEN GET AWAY WITH MURDER TOO?
What else can be said about possible felon Metro Councilwoman Judy Green? In my opinion there is no "possible" in this equation but very probable felon Judy Green. Take the latest for example from any media source you want.
What started as me questioning the Green's in December in regards to their financial dealings that included tax evasion, multiple lawsuits, disbarment of her husband, and foster parenting among other things, led to major stories by everyone under the sun including the Courier Journal, WHAS TV, FOX41, and many others. No matter your source one thing has become very clear.
Judy Green needs to go and preferably to a jail cell where many believe she belongs.
Thanks to the CJ we already knew about the shady business she calls the Green Team, and literally thousands in missing money of which she, her kids, and her husband benefited primarily. So much for helping the needy kids in the neighborhood many of which STILL have yet to be paid. This was the easy part.
The startling part was when we started researching and discovered a history of Judy Green and her husband and their financial malfeasance. What would happen to any of us if we were tax evaders and failed to pay taxes for many years? What if we forged an application and a signature for a credit card in someone else's name and ran it up $25,000?
Felony behavior? You bet, so why are Green and her husband exempt from prosecution. Would we average non elected citizens get away with this behavior?
There are many excuses but nowhere can I find any evidence of anyone else with even a sample of this level of illegal wrongful behavior not being in jail or on trial. It blows the mind.
Yet another sitting elected official takes a bribe? Say it isn't so! Accepting a bribe for $600 is a felony.
Green says she worked with LIFE Institutes Eddie Woods on the self titled Green Team and secured $55,000 in OUR tax money for the program. Problem? Eddie Woods said he was told in no uncertain term that GREEN and her husband would run the program and he would not.
Of course the Green's cannot account for almost $30,000 of OUR tax money, paid her own kids more than 10% of that, while other kids were not paid at all even now, and her husband got paid even though he said he was a volunteer. After their investigation concluded, the police said that LIFE institute did not run the program and that Green and her hubby did.

Former aide Melody Hill, who resigned after being questioned by police, stated maybe the money shouldn't have been approved basically because there were no checks and balances. Um ya think?
Current aide Andrea Jackson was asked if she knew Green got a credit card in her name without her permission. Her response? YES. When asked if she gave Green permission to do so she said NO. Of course even with her permission Green could not legally forge Jackson's name and get the credit card, but what's one more charge at this point right?
Jackson stated she didn't even know about it until she accidentally found it on Green's desk. Now the card(s) has been used and has a balance of somewhere around $25,000. Want to guess who will pay for that one?
We will I am sure.
Why would I say that? Because Green certainly will not pay for it out of her pocket, I doubt anyone would step up and pay it off for her at this point, and quite honestly I have major doubts that Jackson would pay for it even if it is in her name. I even speculate that she may be complicit in the card scam.
So why would I now question the integrity of Jackson and her claim to not know about this?
Because perhaps there was a deal between Green that they would split the money they got off the cards. I can come up with nothing else. What did Green or someone else promise Jackson in exchange for her loyalty?
The story itself makes no discernible sense at all. Someone illegally steals your identity, gets a credit card, runs it up to the max in the thousands, you know exactly who did it, and you don't press charges?
Jackson showed two cut up credit cards she said were obtained by the Green's and yet when the police suggested she file charges she never has and still works for Green.
I would speculate that leaves a bankruptcy option for Jackson, one can only speculate since it is in her name. Perhaps that is the untold agreement between them who knows. At this point I hope Jackson is getting good legal advice because bankruptcy fraud is a federal offense. IF Jackson chooses this route without charging Green first she will answer to the Feds and not Louisville politics.
By the way has the bank that issued the card(s) been notified of this fraud? I am sure they would love to know and they have the power to prosecute without Louisville's permission. Or the permission of Judy Green or Andrea Jackson. This could be an interesting pursuit indeed.
Why is it that Jackson admitted to police that Green did this illegally without her consent and they do not have cause to arrest her? When I started investigating I had less on Jim King. After investigating he paid the largest fine in Kentucky history with the KREF, and underwent a KSP investigation for well over two years.
Jim King even said it best as quoted in LEO: “I think fiscal responsibility is critical if you’re going to be a council member,” Councilman Jim King, D-10, told The Courier-Journal in a March 2005 interview. “Certainly anyone can make a mistake, but if it’s chronic and they have a history, it’s a significant factor.”
This was in 2005 folks when they were appointing someone to fill the seat.
And Green essentially gets by with just ethics charges today?
Former aide Melody Hill tells the story of Green bragging about her $600 bribe from a liquor store, a story backed by current aide Jackson so now we have corroboration, and yet we have nothing we can charge her for?
Are you kidding me? We have all kinds of stories and convictions across the Nation for politicians accepting bribes and we in Louisville cannot do anything?
We have criminals in jail for less evidence than what we have now on Green.
She has screwed we the taxpayer for over a decade and owes the IRS over $50,000 and is now in charge of our tax money. We see how well that is working right?
Judy Green owes over $350,000 in student loans since the 80's, and they cannot collect as legal recourse is out the window, so we get stuck with that one too. How in the hell do you get that much in debt on student loans without someone stopping the gravy train until you can figure out how to pay for it?
It would seem to me that the feds certainly have enough evidence to come into Louisville and start with Judy Green in the efforts to clean up our politics.
Of course if they do, that would be the tip of the iceberg. The Democratic stronghold cannot afford a serious look into the state of things in Louisville can they? So much would be uncovered so why are they even allowing this train wreck to continue to serve herself as she has clearly shown she is not serving We The People.
Hundreds of thousands of our dollars down the drain by someone who appears to be illegal as hell is pretty much an accepted part of Louisville politics isn't it? Have we not gotten accustomed this type of behavior through the years?
I for one haven't and I never will. Time to clean house and rid ourselves of Judy Green once and for all. I would file criminal charges myself, after all it is MY tax money she is abusing as well, but would it matter?
Time will tell. I may do it anyway but we know County Attorney Mike O'Connell can't handle it, or won't, Commonwealth attorney Dave Stengel wouldn't as he is a Democratic hack in my opinion, and we already know Special Prosecutors through Conway's office stick to what they are told to do all for the sake of the party.
